  • Registration Information for 2020 -2021 - The registration window will open up on June 12th.  This includes all newly registering students such as TK and Kinder students.  All returning students will re-register on the Parent Portal just like before.  This will all be done online.

  • This year we have changed the days we wear our college and red school shirt.  Every Monday students are to wear their red McAuliffe school T-Shirt and every Friday students will wear their college T-Shirt.

    Dear McAuliffe Families:

    I hope you are all doing well.  We have been preparing to start-up the year online and would like to give you some updates:

    • All students will participate in online learning starting on Monday, August 10th. The Virtual and Distance Learning/Hybrid will be the same and will be posted on our website starting on Friday, August 7th
    • Teachers will be reaching out to you to give you log-information, so that you may assist your child in logging in. In order to make this a seamless one make sure we have your current phone number and email.  We ask that you check your email and text frequently on Thursday and Friday in order to be sure that you receive this important information.
    • Below you will see the days that you will need to pick-up student materials. These materials will contain learning items that students will need to start the year.  They may include work packets, manipulatives, a textbook/workbook, and an introductory letter by your child’s teacher.

                *WE ASK THAT YOU SOCIAL DISTANCE AND WEAR A MASK WHEN ON SCHOOL PROPERTY.

    • Class assignments will be posted on your Parent Portal account by Friday, Aug. 7th. This pertains to both Virtual and Distance Learning/Hybrid programs.
    • We have begun the process of distributing laptops last week and will continue this week. So, if your child is in need of a laptop, please complete the Technology Survey and our staff will be calling you for your pick-up date/time.
    • We will be serving lunch from 10:10:45 a.m. to TK-Kinder students and from 11-11:45 a.m. for 1st – 5th Fridays will be slightly different with lunch being served from 10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.  Meals will consist of a grab and go lunch.  No eating of lunches will be permitted on campus.  Also, lunch cards will be provided on the first day.  Students will need to bring their lunch card with them each day they pick-up lunch.

    This is a crucial time of year that we need to work together in making your child’s online experience a great one.  This can only happen with your help and cooperation.  Be sure to listen to all Tele-Parent phone messages, read all letters, and check your email for school information.  Also, it’s important for you to assist us in keeping your child engaged and redirecting them if they get off-task during online learning. This is a true partnership and will require all of us to do your part.  On behalf of the McAuliffe staff, I want to thank you for your help, understanding and support.
