    New Club Checklist

     

    In order to start a new club on campus, please complete the following requirements.

    • Minimum of seven (7) Hillcrest student members
    • One (1) teacher advisor
    • Club Application
    • Club Budget Form (Even if there are no dues, fees, or fundraising, this must be completed.)
    • Constitution

    Turn all the paperwork into the Activities Office for approval, may take up to 2 weeks.

     

    Club Renewal Checklist

     

    In order to renew an existing club on campus, please complete the following paperwork.

    • Club Constitution
    • Club Budget Form (Even if there are no dues, fees, or fundraising , this must be completed)
