I am pleased to be teaching the Culinary Arts and Foods and Culinary Management courses at La Sierra High School.  I also serve as the program lead for the Hospitality Pathway at La Sierra, faculty advisor for the Eagles Nest student-run restaurant on campus, and FCCLA Region 10 chapter advisor.  My formal education includes Associates Degrees in Culinary Arts, Math & Science, and Kinesiology from RCC, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from California Baptist University.  My professional restaurant experience spans 13 years in the hospitality industry before deciding to enter the calssroom as an educator.  I am excited to get to share my passion for food and cooking with all of you.
