• Employee Assistance Program (EAP)


    The Employee Assistance Program is a FREE service available to ALL employees and their families 24/7, regardless of benefit enrollment. Services Include:

    • Counseling and pyschological services, including up to 5 free visits with a licensed therapist per incident.
    • Grief and stress management 
    • Work-life balance support
    • Legal consultations, including consultations regarding divorce, adoption, and custody
    • Assistance navigating child and elder care
    • Financial planning and budgeting assistance
    • Substance abuse counseling and support


    These services are in addition to your Mental Health Coverage as part of your Medical Benefits. Contact the Benefits Department for more informaiton.
