    Kaiser members, if you have a minor health condition such as cold or flu symptoms, allergies or fever, you may now schedule an appoinment with a medical provider over the phone to discuss your condition. Your doctor can often make a diagnosis and prescribe medications, as needed, all from the comfort of your own home!

    Kaiser Telephone Appointments - Service provided to Kaiser Members for $0 Co-Pay

    Kaiser Nurse Advice Line - Available 24/7, speak to a registered nurse to help assess medical problems and provide advice over the phone, when medically appropriate.

    Blue Shield members may also access phone or video appointments through the MDLive program. Covered non-emergency conditions include cold or flu symptoms, allergies, skin rash and behavioral helath services. Find out more by clicking below:

    MDLive - General conditions treated for $5 co-pay or behavioral health conditions treated for regular office visit co-pay (refer to your plan summary).
