Community E-Flyers Procedures

  • Alvord USD and school sites distribute digital flyers to parents using Peachjar.

    Alvord USD cooperates with community groups and organizations that sponsor activities of an educational/enrichment nature for students (see Board Policy 1325) by distributing materials electronically via Peachjar. As part of our efforts to be more environmentally friendly, embrace innovative technology, and maintain fiscal responsibility, we have transitioned from paper to electronic flyer delivery.
    Need to send information about your program to parents?
    Peachjar makes it easy for organizations to get their flyer approved and distributed to families, without the hassle of paper.  Just select your desired schools, upload your flyer, and once approved, your flyer is emailed to parents and posted to each school's website!
    How to sign up to Peachjar for digital flyers distribution Request:
    If this is your first time using Peachjar to request flyer approval, follow these steps:
    • Register for an account as a Program Provider, Enrichment or Community Organization on
    • Click "Send a Flyer," select your schools, and upload your flyer
    • Submit your flyer for approval - you'll be notified once it's approved!
    Your flyer will be automatically submitted to the district office. District staff will review the material and approve or deny based on these standards.
