  I'm so excited to work with the parents and students at Valley View this year! Here is a little of my educational and career history. I attended California Baptist University (go Lancers!) and graduated with a Bachelors degree in Psychology. I continued on at CBU and earned a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology. Following that I attended the University of Redlands for my PPS Credential coursework. In addition to being a credentialed school counselor, I am also a Marriage and Family Therapist and have 11 years experience working with children in either the mental health field or in the educational enviroment providing school counseling.

   This is my fourth year with Alvord Unified and I love our Valley View Family! I consider it an honor to work with the parents, students and staff at our school. I currently live with my husband and daughter in Riverside within the Alvord Unified School District. As for my hobbies, I enjoy reading, hiking, fishing, biking, camping, swimming, cooking, gardening and spending time with my family and friends.
