Link Crew is a part of the Boomerang Project, which organizes student orientation and transition programs. Link Crew is a year-long freshmen transition program which develops connections during a full day of orientation. Link Crew plans events to maintain relationships between junior and senior Link Leaders with their designated freshmen. Their goal is to be positive role models, to introduce freshmen to a new environment, and encourage them to be more social in school events.
Link Crew Leaders consist of juniors and seniors that undergo an application and interview process. Once selected, the leaders partake in team building during May Day and a two-day training in August. Along with the Link Leaders, there’s an A-Team which consists of sophomores that advice and help plan the activities.
