Hello!

My name is Isabel Montoya and I am so excited to be your child's kindergarten teacher!

I have a Bachelor's of Science in Child and Adolescent Development, a Master's of Science in Education, and a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential with a bilingual authorization, all from California State University, Fullerton. I have experience teaching 5th grade, 4th grade, and kindergarten. I truly believe that learning two languages is beneficial for every student, so I am fortunate to be a part of Alvord's DLI program! I am looking forward to working with you and your child as a team to help build a strong foundation for reading, writing, and math! I know if we work together we can meet the goals for kindergarten and have fun while we learn!
