Dear Parents and Guardians,
It is our goal to provide assistance in a friendly and helpful environment and to meet the needs of all registering AUSD parents and students.
In order to register your student, please complete each box in Sections I-XII of the Alvord Unified TK-12 Enrollment Form as accurately as possible. The data provides information for federal funding which is crucial to the district at this time.
If you received an enrollment form that is already filled in, then please do the following:
- review the filled in the information and make any changes
- complete all remaining information that is blank.
Completed forms should be returned to your child’s school. If you have any questions, please contact your school principal. We appreciate your continuing support and wish your child a successful school year.
