Elizabethe Mrsich

Hola chicos,

Soy la Sra. Mrsich. I am from Ecuador, and I am blessed with a sweet husband, three lovely children, and two of the cutest poodles. I love swimming, dancing, gardening, and spending time with my family and friends. I have always had a passion for teaching my native language, Spanish, so this is why I obtained my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Spanish at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and my Master's in Education at Claremont Graduate University. I love teaching Spanish because of it’s beauty and it’s importance in communicating with others. From securing a better job because you're bilingual, to traveling around the world - the benefits are many!

- Spanish is the second most spoken language in the world after Mandarin Chinese.
- 75 million people around the world speak Spanish as a second language.
- The United States of America is the second-largest Spanish speaking country in the world.
- Spanish is the most studied language in the U.S. by 50% of American college students and 70% of K-12 students.

Pretty cool, right? So Chicos, let’s have fun as we learn Español!!
