Student Item Pick-Up Days

Teachers will be reaching out to you via email or Class Dojo for specific days and times this week that parents can pick-up any personal belongings.  Pick-up location will be in front of the school.  We will place items on tables that are labeled with the teacher's name.

Registration Information for 2020 -2021 - The registration window will open up on June 12th.  This includes all newly registering students such as TK and Kinder students.  All returning students will re-register on the Parent Portal just like before.  This will all be done online.  

Message to McAuliffe Families

Dear McAuliffe families:

 We know there are many questions at this time. I want to ensure you have the latest information regarding closures. Please make note of our Alvord USD Frequently Asked Questions resource found at https://www.alvordschools.org/Page/11958. You will find the latest communications from the Superintendent and answers to a variety of questions which are updated regularly. Here is the Superintendent’s latest message.

 Please also note the change of meal service effective Mon., April 13th. Meal service will be provided at La Sierra High School (4145 La Sierra Ave) and Norte Vista High School (6585 Crest Ave) Monday & Thursday only from 11 a.m. - 12 p.m.  We suggest you bring multiple bags or boxes since 3 and 2 meals will be given to each child in your family.

Laptop Loaner Program

Phase 3 has closed and laptops will be given out on Friday.  If your child still needs to borrow a laptop, please reach out to your child's teacher.

School Closure Due to COVID-19

Registration for Half-Time for the '20 - '21 School Year is now open.  You may go to www.alvordschools.org to register.  

This year we have changed the days we wear our college and red school shirt.  Every Monday students are to wear their red McAuliffe school T-Shirt and every Friday students will wear their college T-Shirt.

April 13: Meals will be distributed on Monday and Thursday only. Distribution at Norte Vista High School and La Sierra High School. Details here.

April 10: Phase 2 Laptop Distribution. 10 am - 1 pm. K-5 @District Office. 6-8 @Arizona MS. 9-12 @Hillcrest.
