As of August 19, 2019, we no longer accept walk-in, mailed, or emailed transcript requests.  

 

How to Obtain Records

  • This walk-in option is temporarily unavailable due to the District Office being closed to foot traffic due to COVID-19.
    You may come into our office with photo I.D. and request a copy of your records.  Within five business days, following the date of request, a parent/guardian or other authorized person shall be granted access to inspect, review, and obtain copies of student records during business hours.  Business hours are Monday-Friday from 7:30a.m. - 4:30p.m. excluding holidays.

  • Or you may also complete the records request form below; please include a legible copy of your photo I.D. which must include your name, photo, date of birth, and signature, and mail it to our district office at:
