2025-2026 University Student Placement Request Procedure
Please do not have students contact HR directly.
UNIVERSITY ADVISORS:
1. Fill out the Student Placement Request form on the Google link listed below:

*The form must be filled out by the school advisor and not the student or the student will not be accepted!
2. Once the form has been filled out the student will be added to the list of students needing placement.
3. HR will work with Administrators to coordinate placements for as many students as possible.
4. If a placement can be secured, HR will contact the university advisor with school contact information via email. The site admin, mentor, and university advisor will work directly together to finalize placement.
Please note:
- We strive to place as many students as possible, but placement requests are not guaranteed.
- Before placements can be secured, we will need an up-to-date Board approved agreement with the University on file.
