Certificated Employee Benefits

Certificated employees and their eligible dependents may enroll in Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage at no cost. The District currently offers Certificated employees the choice of two medical plans:

  • Anthem Blue Cross PPO
  • Kaiser DHMO

Additionally, Certificated staff are currently offered Delta Dental PPO for dental coverage, as well as Eye Med PPO for vision coverage.

Employees who are eligible for medical coverage through a spouse or parent may be eligible to opt out of coverage and enroll in Complete Care. Complete care reimburses enrollees for eligible out of pocket medical expenses, such as deductibles and co-pays. Additionally, enrollees are provided with a $200.00 per month enrollment incentive.

All Certificated staff are provided with a $20,000 life insurance policy, as well as a short term Disability policy. To enroll in medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, please visit Benefit Bridge. To enroll in Disability, please complete and return the enrollment form.
